smart focus and easy shooting in flag7x
let the app help with subject sharpness, or shoot your way with tap-to-shutter, gestures, and the controls you already know.
flag7x pairs an intuitive interface with helpful automation so you can capture stunning photos and videos with very little effort. smart focus is part of that story—it is there so your subject stays sharp in busy scenes, without turning photography into a technical exercise.
smart focus on or off
find the smart focus switch in settings—it is on by default. leave it on and the app keeps your subject sharp through everyday portraits, quick street shots, and one-handed captures. turn it off when you would rather control focus entirely yourself.
tap to focus—or tap to shoot
tap anywhere on the viewfinder to set focus on that exact spot. if you turn on tap-to-shutter in settings, that same tap will focus first and then take the photo automatically—especially comfortable for selfies on larger iphones. the volume buttons work as a shutter as well, and that is already on by default—handy when you are using a grip or shooting one-handed.
hands-free with gesture trigger
turn on gesture trigger in settings and the camera watches for a hand gesture—a peace sign, a thumbs up, an open hand, and more—then starts the timer on its own. perfect for group shots and tripod setups where nobody wants to keep running back to the phone.
composition aids
the grid, level, and composition overlays in the top bar help you line up rule-of-thirds, diagonals, golden-ratio guides, or a spiral—whatever helps you trust the frame before you press the shutter.
keep it simple
pick a color tone, set flash if the scene calls for it, frame, and capture. the goal is the same whether you post every day or just want better-looking pictures: less time fixing, more time shooting.
