flag7X contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or cloud SDKs. Subscription billing is handled solely by Apple via App Store Connect.

All image processing stays on-device. If you back up your device to iCloud or another service, your photos are governed by Apple's or that service's policies, not ours.

Ranjha Inc. ("we," "our") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for lawful personal photography, subject to these Terms.
The App—including all code, graphics, trademarks, and documentation—is owned by Ranjha Inc. and protected by U.S. and international laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You own the copyright to photos created with the App ("Content"). You are solely responsible for ensuring your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We disclaim all liability arising from your Content.
The App operates entirely offline; it does not collect, transmit, store, or otherwise process personal data on remote servers. Details appear in the Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for backing up your photos.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranjha Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ranjha Inc. from any claim, loss, or demand, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms terminate automatically if you breach them or uninstall the App. Sections 3, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in-app and on https://flag7x.com/terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
